Ever wonder what it takes to sell a scripted show in a world of tawdry reality television?

In gearing up to pitch their delicious one-hour drama, Decadent Lives, Serves You Right Productions took a new approach. On a recent Sunday in Hollywood, they brought famed photographer Michael Sanville together with actors, costume designers, hairdressers, makeup artists, jewelers and a full team of talented professionals to portray the wicked tapestry of the period show. The resulting artistry captures both the polite demeanor and bawdy nature in which Decadent Lives revels and, at once, shatters the traditional assumptions that period pieces are necessarily boring or costly.
